Science
We found the Food Chain Game which taught us about what eats what in a way that is fun and that we can practice making food chains on. We also found the Diversity of Life game which taught us about why we need dogs and what they do to help us.
|
Social studies
The two activities we found were the Branches of Government game and The game Mission Us. The branches of government teaches us about the branches of government and it is a fun way to practice and remember. Mission Us teaches us about the struggles and troubles of the Cheyennes.
|
English
The one activity we found was Search Shark. It showed us to search big key words to search key topics and to search less common topics you might need to search more words.
|
The two activities we found were Monster School Bus which helped us practice our fractions and Treasure Treefrog which makes you practice mathematical problems.
|
The two activity's we found were Build and Meal and Guts and Bolts. The first one teaches you what to eat at the appropriate time and the second teaches you about what is inside your body.
|
The game we found was tangled web which taught us about engineering and the second game- Guts and Bolts taught us how to program things to work.
- If I don't understand something in school I can go to brain Pop to understand it.
- I would use brain pop to go to videos and learn history.
- I like/dislike brain pop because it teaches me things in a fun way but sometimes the videos can be boring.

CODING REFLECTION:
1) I have started to create a website on code academy. I have learned that you need ti taje your time and think about what your doing when coding.
2) I will continue using coding to make things that I think are cool- a video game.
3) I like coding a lot because it gives me a challenge. It's ten times harder then I thought. I learned how to wrap with a div.
